Iyengar Yoga with Gerie Primerano: Tuesdays  9:45 - 11:45 am. New session starts April 11.

Iyengar Yoga with Siobhan Sloane-Seale: Wednesdays  1:30 - 3:00 pm,  Sundays 12 - 1:30 pm. Free trial class April 30, May 3. New sessions start Sunday, May 7 and Wednesday, May 10.

Iyengar Yoga with Corinne Skrobot: Tuesdays, 3:30 - 5 pm, Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:15 pm, Thursdays, 8 - 9:30 am. New sessions start April 25.

Acoustic Flow and Restore with Raelene Hodgson: Mondays 7:30 - 9 pm. Classes continue through August 29.

Alignment Flow with Bless Leone: Thursdays 7:30 to 9 pm. New session starts April 12.

Pilates with Marlene Amado: Saturdays noon to 1 pm, Thursdays, 6:15 to 7:15 pm. New session starts April 1.

Mothers Unfolding with Bethan Stewart: Mondays, 11 am to 12:30 pm. New Session starts April 3. 

Sundo with Lucie Lambert: Sundays 7:45 - 9:45 am.
